Ho Su Han is an assistant professor at the UCSI University Institute of Music, where she also serves as chamber music ensemble coordinator. She chairs the 4th Piano Pedagogy Conference in 2025, having served as vice chair for its third edition in 2023. Beyond UCSI, Su Han has given guest lectures on collaborative piano and chamber music at University Malaya and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. From 2021–2024, she was a piano presenter for Trinity College London (Malaysia), delivering lectures on performance practice, playing techniques, and stylistic interpretation based on Trinity’s piano exam repertoire.


As an adjudicator, she has served on juries for competitions including the Perfect Tone Music Competition (Indonesia, 2025), UCSI International Piano Festival and Competition (2024, 2022), Wilh. Steinberg Piano Competition (2024), and RockFest Music Competition (2024).


Su Han has participated in festivals such as the Brevard Music Center Summer Institute and Festival, Castleman Quartet Program, Texas Music Festival, Zodiac Music Academy and Festival, and Free Hand Festival. A native of Johor, she earned her Doctor of Musical Arts in Collaborative Piano from the Cleveland Institute of Music under Anita Pontremoli, her Master of Music in Collaborative Piano from the University of Houston under Timothy Hester, and her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from Universiti Sains Malaysia, studying with Dr Jason Tye Kong Chiang.
