Steps for Competition Registration

Step 1 - Carefully read through all competition requirements.

Step 2 - Select the appropriate category, click "Pay", and proceed with the payment.

Step 3 - Save or capture a copy of your payment receipt.

Step 4 - Click HERE to register for the competition.

Step 5 - Send a confirmation email to [email protected]. Please include the contestant's name, category, and country in the email.

*Contestants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses (including travel insurance) in Malaysia throughout the competition period.

Malaysian Contestants

  • All contestants holding Malaysian identity card/MyKad/passport are eligible to register and pay as local contestants.

International Contestants

  • All international contestants who DO NOT hold a Malaysian passport/Identity card/MyKad must register as international contestants and pay according to the international fee.

Application Fees

  1. An additional 8% SST will be added at the checkout process.
  2. Please select the correct category you are competing in and ensure you pay the corresponding fee for that category.
  3. Paying for the wrong category or incorrect amount will result in disqualification from the competition and no refunds will be issued.
  4. The application fee includes one (1) complimentary ticket for the contestant to attend all recitals and masterclasses during the IPFC 2026 Festival at UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur.
