Leong Mann Yee is a Master of Philosophy (Performance) graduate from the Royal Northern College of Music, who obtained her Master of Music from Birmingham Conservatoire. Her teaching area focuses on piano, music theory, aural, ensemble coaching and music research. She was previously an Assistant Professor and Head of the Foundation in Music program at UCSI University, Institute of Music.

She had participated in the RNCM Ravel Festival 2007 and the International Asia Chopin Piano Competition in Tokyo 2004. Since 2011, she had performed several piano duet and duo recitals, including a lecture-recital at the National Taichung University of Education.

Apart from teaching, Mann Yee has served as a guest adjudicator in the International Piano Festival and Competition (IPFC) 2014 and 2022, and in regional music competitions including Muar Youth Piano Competition 2018 and 2019. She has been invited to conduct piano workshops and masterclasses for music schools in Medan and Surabaya, Indonesia.

She is currently an adjunct lecturer at UCSI University and an early childhood music educator.
